David Mann: Elysium purchase to drive considerable growth for Swintt

Having completed the acquisition of innovative developer, Elysium Studios, sought-after software provider, Swintt, prepares to unveil its latest venture

Having forged a reputation in the iGaming industry due to its signature features and innovative games, in-demand casino software developer, Swintt, recently confirmed the acquisition of Elysium Studios in a move that will see even more exciting titles added to its line-up during 2024.

The new collaboration will see Swintt launching more releases in regulated markets, developed by Elysium Studios, giving players and operators an even wider selection of gaming options to choose from.

With Elysium Studios being known for delivering state-of-the-art slots that incorporate the very latest social, video and casino gaming trends, the partnership will enable both parties to increase their global customer base while further strengthening Swintt’s portfolio.

Now that the acquisition has been completed the plan for Elysium Studios will be to build their games on the SwinttPlatform and release a number of their games to operators across the Swintt network, such as Law of Gilgamesh, and Tipsy Charms. There is also much excitement for the upcoming game I Hate Fairytales, a quirky twist on classic folk myth genre filled with entertaining characters and humorous visuals.

In addition to these eagerly awaited upcoming titles, Elysium Studios will continue to launch innovative new games via the existing Swintt network throughout the year, with further information about what partners can expect set to be unveiled at this year’s ICE exhibition.

Speaking on the software studio’s latest venture, David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “The acquisition of Elysium Studios is a significant milestone for the company that will enable us to further cement our position as the go-to providers of cutting-edge casino games.

“The acquisition of Elysium Studios will usher in an exciting new period of game development for our business, and we can’t wait to begin working alongside such a talented team of developers as we look to extend our portfolio that’s currently available to all our casino partners.”
