Rising star software provider joins first wave of companies to obtain newly-introduced SGA certification, enabling it to supply market-leading content throughout all of Sweden
Malta, 27 April 2023: Swintt, the award-winning casino software studio behind ground breaking slots Aloha Spirit XtraLockTM and the hotly-anticipated Electric Elements, has announced that it has been approved by the Swedish Gambling Authority as one of the first companies to receive a B2B permit.
Endorsed by the SGA – who are responsible for overseeing the legality, safety and reliability of the country’s gaming and gambling markets – the newly-introduced certification will enable Swintt to enhance its Scandinavian footprint by sharing state-of-the-art casino content with Swedish operators.
Currently regulated in nine countries including the UK, Malta, Germany and Estonia – and with others such as Greece, Ontario, Romania, Italy and the US also in the pipeline– the acquisition of a Swedish B2B permit is fully in keeping with Swintt’s strategy and will open up new doors for the brand going forward.
As a result of the news, players at licensed online gambling platforms in Sweden will now be able to look forward to exploring Swintt’s rich and varied portfolio of over 110 slots and table games. With these being broken down into two main categories – SwinttGames and SwinttPremium – there’s something for everyone in the studio’s line-up, with classic slots and innovative games both featuring.
Not only that, but the new B2B permit will also potentially pave the way for partners on the SwinttStudios platform to enter the Swedish market. With this exciting initiative enabling boutique third-party studios to focus on design and development while Swintt handles their marketing and back-end logistics, the company is currently looking for talented providers to further strengthen its portfolio.
With all this and more set to hit the Swedish market over the coming weeks, Swintt is already looking forward to sharing its market-leading content with new operators and customers in the country alike.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “Swintt is a brand that has already seen phenomenal global growth in a relatively short space of time – and the undisputed backbone of that success has been the company’s unwavering commitment to obtaining the best certification available.
“By acquiring this newly-introduced Swedish B2B permit from the SGA, we’ll be able to introduce new players to our ever-expanding line-up of games while giving them the assurance of quality and safety that they need for complete peace of mind. We’re very much looking forward to partnering with new operators in the country and we can’t wait to start showing the market what our brand is all about.”
