Swintt Q&A For Gamblizard

Lars Kollind, Head of Business Development

Can you tell us about Swintt's mission in the online gaming industry?

I think first and foremost, Swintt’s goal has always been to entertain our players. We aim to bring games to the market that users not only love to play, but also ones that they can trust;  and that has really been the central strand of our mission. So long as we carry on doing that successfully, we’ll continue to deliver strong results that satisfy the needs and objectives of our valued customers – the operators – ultimately leading to a win-win for everyone involved.

What recent developments or innovations has Swintt introduced?

From a product perspective, Swintt is constantly looking to develop new and engaging features for players that enhance their enjoyment of our slots – and this innovation can easily be seen in our SwinttSelect line-up. In terms of some of the more recent developments that have been introduced, the acquisition of Elysium Studios was a major milestone for our brand that will help us further strengthen our portfolio with titles that appeal to an even wider range of players.

Are there any new games or projects that Swintt is working on?

There’s honestly not a single month that goes by where Swintt isn’t working on a new release or project! Our aim is to bring three or four new games to market per month, so the whole team is always extremely busy. Within that roadmap, we focus on delivering titles that are capable of satisfying the widest range of players possible, so we include SwinttPremium and SwinttSelect slots, SwinttLive games and third-party releases from our SwinttStudios partners.

How does Swintt ensure fair play and responsible gaming in its products?

At Swintt, regulated markets have always been our main focus. As these are the places where we want our games to be seen, we have to ensure we follow all the rules the regulators come up with in terms of how to protect players, so all titles are developed with this in mind. All of our games are certified for each market they’re available in and this goes hand-in-hand with maintaining high responsible gaming standards and creating titles players know they can trust.

Can you give examples of successful bonus features or rewards in Swintt's games?

While there has been no shortage of successful bonus features in our SwinttSelect line-up, it goes without saying that Aloha Spirit XtraLockTM serves as a shining example. The game remains our most successful release to date and one of the main reasons for its popularity was the XtraLockTM feature itself, which, once triggered, activates a series of re-spins where players build up Tiki blocks for bigger and better rewards, including the max win of 200,500 x bet.

What challenges does Swintt face in the online gaming industry, and how do you address them?

I’d say the biggest challenge is that the competition is increasing every year. There are now more studios putting more content on the market than ever before, so we constantly have to come up with new ways to stand out and ensure players pick our games over theirs. On top of that, tighter igaming regulations can often push players to the black market, so it’s a big challenge keeping them entertained while also ensuring our games comply with all restrictions.

Can you share any recent success stories or achievements of Swintt?

The growth of Swintt over the past couple of years has been a major success story in itself, but the pinnacle of our recent development was undoubtedly the acquisition of Elysium Studios in January. Elysium Studios are an exciting and innovative studio that will be delivering exclusive games for Swintt that will in turn be available to our partners and their players. We’re extremely excited about the collaboration and already have our first release lined-up for April.

Can you tell us a bit more about Elysium Studios and its focus on the gaming industry?

Elysium Studios is a game provider based mainly in Bulgaria that boasts an incredibly talented team of developers who – from a design perspective – can count some of the first games released by Red Tiger among their successes. Given their reputation in the industry, we’re very excited about having them on board and can’t wait to see how our first Elysium Studios – Driven by Swintt, Tipsy Charms, is received by both operators and players alike.

What are the latest projects or initiatives with Elysium Studios?

The first thing we want to do is to try and establish a really goodroad map that gives us a flow of at least one new game every couple of months. With the Elysium Studios range, we’re primarily targeting a younger, more demanding demographic who really appreciate things like niche design and features. As such, we have high hopes for how these slots will perform in the Nordics and see it as a big opportunity to grow in markets like Sweden.

How does Elysium Studios create unique games for players?

I think beyond the innovative and smooth gameplay of their releases, one of the main things that stands out about Elysium Studio’s content is how much love and attention goes into their designs. From the in-reel graphics and animations to the backgrounds that sit behind them, everything is incredibly detail-oriented and this serves to create a really immersive experience for the player that feels more like a modern mobile game than it does a traditional slot machine.

What strategies does Elysium Studios use to stay competitive in the gaming market?

Like Swintt, Elysium Studios is focused on delivering the highest quality product possible so that they can stand out from the competition and provide something truly distinct from the rest of the market. One of their main strengths is that they combine elements of social, video and casino gaming into all of their releases, which ensures that all their games are done in a way that appeals to the modern user and creates an enjoyable experience that keeps them playing.

What are Swintt's future goals, both in terms of Elysium Studios and more generally?

I’d say the main goal is simply to continue doing what we’re doing – that is to say, delivering a regular pipeline of releases every month that are capable of satisfying as wide an audience as possible. Our acquisition of Elysium Studios will certainly be a big part of that and we’re looking forward to expanding our portfolio with the quality titles that they offer, but we’ll also continue onboarding new SwinttStudios partners to further diversify our existing game line-up.
